How much does the shipping to my country cost, and when will I be receiving my order?

When products are shipped out you will receive a message of confirmation through the e-mail address provided at checkout, and once available through PostNL you'll receive a tracking code to follow your parcel. Delivery may take up to 7 working days within Europe (and neighboring continents). For all remaining countries, shipping might take up to 15 working days. During Pre-Order Events orders will be shipped out on the week the event ends or the week after.

What's the quality of your products? Do the images on the product page resemble the real thing?

The printing technique we use on our T-Shirts is usually  DTG (Direct To Garment), and the garment that it's printed on should make the prints last. The remaining printing methods are embroidery and screen-printing. Printing methods used on the product you’re interested in can be found on the individual pages.

The thumbnail images are used to display the product you’re buying. It's slightly altered and posed to be more fit for website viewing, but not to the extent that it would be unclear how the product would look in real life. If your order gets delivered damaged, with errors or not as expected, please contact us as soon as you can and make sure to have the following information at hand:

  • Name;
  • Location (Address, City/State and Country the product has been shipped to);
  • Product name and purchase code (both can be found on the receipt, and are requested in order to prevent fraud);
  • Code below the QR Code (which can be found on the product bag);
  • A clear image of the issue with your product.

After your message has been received, we will look over the information given and hopefully resolve your issue as soon as possible.

How can I pay for my products?

At the moment we only accept payments through PayPal and several leading credit-/debit card providers (examples: Mastercard and American Express).

I just returned from ordering an item, but after returning to the product page it was sold out.

This may happen from time to time. It could either be an issue on our end or an issue with the hosts' servers. On the off-chance that this does occur, make sure to check the account you used to pay for the item to see if the funds we're in fact redacted from your billing account. Once it has been redacted and no order confirmation has been received on the e-mail address filled in at checkout within 24 hours of your purchase, contact us and we'll try to sort everything out. If our refund attempt is deemed unsuccessful, we'll try to still ship out your order. Expect a delay of at least 5 working days if this does occur.

Can I cancel or refund my order after I've gotten my confirmation e-mail?

Once your order has been confirmed your order will be processed and eventually shipped out. Unless there has been an error during checkout, we will not refund your order.

What is your policy on damaged or broken goods?

If the item(s) you have ordered get delivered with significant flaws, feel free to message us through the Contact tab. We are able to offer a replacement or a refund (in some cases) upon proof that there was no tampering with the item on arrival.

Can I return my item?

All sales are final. Unless you've received a defective product or there has been another mentionable error, we do not accept any returns.

What is the purpose of the UMQ Code that’s been listed on my receipt?

A UMQ Code is used as an identification tool during an inquiry about your orders, but it is also a discount code that’s usable at checkout. You'll be given a random percentage discount, ranging from 10% to 30%. The code can only be used ten times. Afterwards, you'll receive another one and the used code will be void. Please save your receipt or write the code down before discarding it.

What happens to my personal information I filled in at checkout?

We will use your given information to process your order. Data like your e-mail, name, address and purchase date will be archived in case of future inquiries. Your personal info (like your name, address, country and payment method) will not be shared with any third parties and will only be used on EGO2K.NET.
